Is this authentic Rommanel jewellery?
Yes. Every piece we sell is authentic Rommanel, a Brazilian jewellery brand founded in 1986.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Rommanel jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, designed with sensitive skin in mind.
Can I wear my jewellery in the water?
Yes. Our jewellery is water resistant, so getting it wet is not a problem. It is durable, made to last and designed for everyday wear. To keep the shine for longer, we recommend taking it off for the beach and the pool.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and sent with Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days in WA and 4–8 to other states, and Express is faster. Shipping is free on orders over $149.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it with our ring size guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Please read our refund policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
