We deliver to all Australian states and territories with care and attention, using Australia Post.

Western Australia (WA)

Standard: AUD $8.90

Express: AUD $12.90

Other Australian States (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT, NT)

Standard: AUD $10.90

Express: AUD $15.90

(Optional: Free shipping can be offered for orders above a certain amount.)


🌼 Processing Times

Each order is lovingly prepared and packed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Parcel Post)

WA: 2–4 business days

Other states: 4–8 business days

Express Shipping (Express Post)

WA: 1–2 business days

Other states: 2–4 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

Your tracking number

The name of the carrier (Australia Post)

A direct link to track your parcel in real time

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after the parcel has been collected.


📦 Delivery Issues

To ensure smooth delivery, please check that your shipping address is correct.
PurGrace cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by Australia Post

Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages marked as “delivered” by Australia Post but not received

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply for reshipping.
